Vision : I gave this 3,5 stars because it is kinda appealing.
It is cute and charming. The reason that i didn't gave it a full 4 is because of the bacground. The heart kinda glooped out
Originality: This is kinda a downwarts point, because i know that almost everyone had drawn Italy in their life. You colored him, that meant that you didn't draw him himself. This is just a pressure point for me. I hope you will understand that i would have given more if you had drawn it yourself.
Your technique itself is good. I didn't gave it a four because it could have used some work. But i can see that you are improving rapidly. Practice makes perfect.
Impact : This was a full fledged four. The first thing you will see is Italy with a machine gun. (or whatever it is called). That's what i call badass with a smiling face
